Centralized and Decentralized Business Network (CDBN) promotes Youth as the Local SME Leaders for Sustainable Development, empowering the Youth with Environmental, Economic and Societal Action Plans that will allow them to be the primary proponent in spearheading the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) local project in urban and rural communities.

CDBN, would serve as a supporting Project to R.A. 9178. It recognizes the fact that the provision of technical and managerial services has been established as one of the policies that would promote the growth of SMEs, and that a better human capital is one of the characteristics needed for firm growth and expansion. The Youth from different communities could then be trained to serve as the Facilitators in these information dissemination campaigns, providing the local entrepreneurs with the necessary business skills to transact competitively in today's business.
